On the afternoon of April 25, 2023, the award ceremony of The Second "e-Design Cup" Guangzhou University Electronic Design Competition and Guangdong Electronic Design Competition was held in the South Building of the Science Teaching Building of Guangzhou University. This is the second electronic design competition for college students organized by Guangzhou e-Design Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. in cooperation with the school.

        The National Undergraduate Electronics Design Contest is one of the subject competitions for college students jointly initiated by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It is a mass scientific and technological activity for college students. The National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest has become a large-scale, wide-ranging and highly influential electronic design competition for college students in China. This electronic design competition is sponsored by the Academic Affairs Office of Guangzhou University, undertaken by the School of Electronics and Communication Engineering of Guangzhou University, and sponsored by Guangzhou e-Design Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. The competition is divided into two groups: the national competition previous production topic and the electronic design innovation topic. After fierce competition, a total of 29 teams won the first, second, third prizes and successful participation awards. At the meeting, Mr. Zeng Yanhan, the deputy dean of the School of Electronics and Communication Engineering of Guangzhou University, delivered a speech for the award ceremony, and then the representative of e-Design Company delivered a speech for the award ceremony.

       At the award ceremony, the representatives of e-Design, Mr. Zeng, the vice president of the School of Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Mr. Feng, the deputy director of the electronics base, presented awards to the students who won the first, second and third prizes in the school and provincial competitions. Every student who won the school competition received a mini smart tool prize presented by e-Design Company. Congratulations to every student who participated in this year's "e-Design Cup". We hope that the students will gain a lot from participating in the electronic design competition, and have great ambitions and forge ahead on the road of future development.

       After the award ceremony, the students enthusiastically participated in the MINIWARE mini smart tool product experience session and the electronic knowledge quiz. The products at the experience session covered four categories of mini smart tools: heating and desoldering (smart electric iron, mini hot plate preheater), inspection and maintenance (mini oscilloscope, logic analyzer, mini digital tweezers), mini digital power system (different modules of MDP mini digital power system) and electric tools (motion control electric screwdrivers). At the scene, the colleagues of e-Design patiently explained the innovative features, uses, and usage methods of the product to the students, and guided the students to experience it.

        The next step is our electronic knowledge quiz game session. Students actively participate in the quiz game. Every group of 5 people, the top three students in the quiz will receive a prize from e-Design Company.

       The "e-Design Cup" Guangzhou University Electronic Design Competition aims to cultivate students' sense of innovation, enhance team spirit, improve practical ability, and reserve innovative talents for the electronics industry. In 2023, the third "e-Design Cup" Guangzhou University Electronic Design Competition has completed the registration for the internal competition. We look forward to the new students making more innovative designs and bringing more exciting works!
